Important Notes

Extended Care is only available on the days your child is in school.
Families are billed weekly or monthly, in advance.
Late pick-up after 5:05 PM is subject to a $1/minute fee.
You may change your care plan monthly with notice.

Monthly Full-Time Extended Care

Families who sign up for full-time Monthly Extended Care (both morning and afternoon care on all of their child's school days) are eligible for a monthly discount as a thank-you for their consistency and commitment.

By choosing the monthly plan, you’ll save approximately 10% off the regular weekly rate. This option is perfect for families who know they’ll need regular extended care throughout the month.

Note: To receive the discount, payment must be made in advance for the full month. If care is canceled mid-month, weekly rates will apply for the weeks used.

These rates apply only to families who pre-pay for the full month of Full Day Extended Care.
Families must commit to the full-time care schedule for the entire month to receive the discount.
If care is canceled mid-month, the regular weekly rate will apply for the weeks used.
Monthly payments are non-refundable and due at the start of each month.
No credit for missed days (this helps maintain the discount).
Option to change plans monthly, with advance notice.

Your Child Will Need:

A regular sized backpack (no small backpacks, folders and art does not fit inside)
A full change of clothes (labeled, please include socks and underwear)
A water bottle (labeled)
A napper (or a fitted sheet, blanket and travel sized pillow) These items should be labeled and in an extra large ziplock storage bag.
A valid and current immunization record or notarized exemption must be presented within the first week of school. If one is not presented, your child will not be allowed to attend until one is turned into the office. To be valid the record should have an expiration date and a physician signature.
A healthy packed lunch (please refer to the Meal Components Tab below)
