You may complete the application digitally or print and fill it out by hand. Submit the completed form via email to sacredsproutspreschool@gmail.com or drop it off at Christ Baptist Church Monday–Thursday between 10 AM and 2 PM.
The registration fee for the 2025-2026 school year is $75 and must be submitted along with the registration form. Payment can be made by cash, check, or money order.
